The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Siva Power, Inc. to design and build linear metal and selenium evaporation sources that operate reliably in the complex, high temperature, corrosive, overlapping plume, copper indium diselenide (CIGS) co-evaporation environment enabling a fully automated CIGS deposition system at greatly reduced costs.
