CX-036327: Cut and Cap DW Line Going to 218-H

The Domestic Water (DW) line going into building 218-H and downstream of hose bib connection valve HQ-234000-DW-V-80.006-1 will be cut and capped for the pre-work connected to Project Y898. Insulation and heat trace is being removed from the DW lines that feed the instrument air compressors for 234-H. Since the heat trace and insulation needs a termination point, the DW line will be cut and capped just passed the hose bib branch that leads into 218-H. DW is not being used from this point in the line that goes into 218-H so there is no impact to any equipment in 218-H.
