CX-035784: Resiliency Projects No. 1 (Aberdeen District Substation Improvements) and No. 2 (New 13 kV Feeder Circuit to Stinson Industrial Park)

No. 1: Replacement of the control house, substation control and CT cabling and conduits between the relay house and field devices, substation relaying, and the 125 volt DC power bank.  New relaying will consist of four relay cabinets, three SEL 487 relays, four SEL relays, seven 10 point annunciators, one satellite clock, one RTAC, and one router. No. 2: Install 4.3miles, 13kV, 35MVA, 795 kCMIL ACSS tie line, steel, concrete poles.
