CX-035783: Resiliency Project No. 2 (New 13 kV Circuit between Billie Wright and Haughton Subs.)

Install a high-temperature, low-sag, 13 kV, 35 MVA, 795.0 kCMIL ACSS tie line between the Billie Wright and Mary Haughton Substations. Approximately 1.4 miles of this tie line will consist of new construction and 3.0 miles will consist of reconductoring an existing out of service 46 kV transmission line.
