1. Rebuild 0.8 miles of electrical distribution line by removing the above ground cross-country (away from Hwy 43 roadside) electrical powerline and installing underground electrical powerlines in the same right-of-way location. 2. Reconduct 2 miles of electrical distribution line from 50F3060 to BF463 by line trucks accessing the old wire, removing and replacing it with new wire. This may include a mix of work within the existing right-of-way as well as work in newly acquired right-of-way to move the line near the road. Poles along this line segment may be replaced as-needed. 3. Reconduct 1.6 mile of electrical distribution line from AF847 to 50Q0029 by line trucks accessing the old line.
