The Effluent Treatment Facility (ETF) Laboratory heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system needs to be permanently replaced due to its age and efficiency. To facilitate replacement, the decision was made to install a temporary modification for supplemental heating, cooling and dehumidification for the laboratory until a permanent design can be applied.
