Project RELIEF will deploy advanced high-temperature, low-sag (HTLS) conductors on 250 miles of transmission lines, leading to 2x capacity increase. In addition, substation upgrades and 150 miles of OPGW will be deployed. RELIEF will also prepare a comprehensive report on advanced conductors and provide on-site training for HTLS deployment.
