Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), proposes to issue a license outgrant to Gunnison County Electric Association (GCEA) to petition for grant to install underground fiber conduit between Tri State's Skito Substation (SKIT) to GCEA's new 0.975MW Solar Array via WAPA property at the Skito Switching Station (SKO). GCEA proposes to install underground fiber conduit (4" PVC) along the northeast perimeter of the SKO's property boundary from Gunnison County Rd. 17 to the SKIT.
