Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), proposes to replace the existing overhead ground wire (OGW) with optical ground wire (OPGW) and replace an existing structure on its Beaver Creek-Last Chance (BC-LT) 115-kV Transmission Line in Washington County, Colorado. The purpose of this project is to update and improve WAPA's communication system.
