LM is proposing to install a backup emergency generator at the LMFSC in Grand Junction, Colorado, in Mesa County. The proposed natural gas-fueled generator would be installed adjacent to the northwest corner of existing Building 46 for the purpose of supplying backup emergency electrical power to the server room and would be exempt from requiring an Air Pollution Emission Notice from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Air Pollution Control Division because annual hours of operation would not be expected to exceed reporting thresholds.
