CX-033663: Greater Abbeville Electric Energy Modernization and Resiliency Plan

Sub-recipient will develop a plan to modernize and improve the resilience of Abbeville’s electric grid: 1. Conduct an electric grid asset inventory, 2. Understand current conditions and establish a vision, 3. Identify and evaluate the feasibility of specific projects, 4. Develop preliminary engineering, design, and cost estimates, 5. Propose an implementation strategy, and 6. Engage the greater Abbeville community and stakeholders throughout the process.
