The HANM Primary Stripper 2 (P2) System has experienced several piping failures due to chloride induced stress corrosion cracking. In addition, heat tracing in the system has not performed as expected and may have contributed to some of the corrosion failures experienced in the process. Z-Beds have reached the end of their useful life and had failures due to corrosion. Replace 233-H P2 System Piping, Z-Beds and Heat Trace Upgrades.
