Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), proposes to conduct routine access road and transmission line right-of-way (ROW) maintenance between the Alcova Switchyard (A) to the Casper (CAS) Substation on the Alcova-Casper North (A-CAS-N) 115-kV and Alcova-Casper South (A-CAS-S) 115-kV Transmission Line, in Natrona County, Wyoming.
