CX-033277: Add Filters to the Air Intake Louvers Located at the East Wall and North Wall of Chiller Building 218-1H

Airborne dust enters Building 218-1H through the five wall air intake louvers, which are not equipped with filters. The transport of this airborne dust into the building results in it migrating into the unit substations, where it subsequently interferes with performing preventive maintenance on the breakers. This affects the availability of the equipment to support critical operations within Building 234-H. The solution is to add filters at the wall louvers. This requires that some equipment be replaced.
