The goal of the catalyst research is to create innovative materials and intellectual property. This project seeks to develop a high-performance catalyst with significantly improved activity. Improved catalysts will be prepared by several different techniques including (1) impregnation, (2) vapor deposition, and (3) ion-exchange.
