Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is proposing to update the Boulder Canyon Project (BCP) rate-setting formulas for electric service and the annual calculation for the fiscal year 2023 base charge and rates under proposed Rate Schedule BCP-F11, effective October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2027, there are no proposed changes to the existing rate-setting formulas.
