Analytical Development groups use class III and IV high power lasers for numerous spectroscopy applications including Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy, laser ablation, and Raman spectroscopy, as well as for particle sizing and light scattering applications. Laser ablation techniques may be combined with inductively coupled plasma and mass spectrometry systems.
