CX-016890: Cerro Gordo Property Conservation Easement and Stewardship Funding

Bonneville Power Administration is proposing to fund the  Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon to purchase the Little Sweden Conservation Area property, a 183-acre parcel of land located 6 miles east of Gates in Marion County, Oregon. Bonneville Power Administration would hold a conservation easement to prevent the conversion of fish and wildlife habitat on the property to other land uses. Bonneville Power Administration would also provide stewardship funds toward maintenance of the property to the landowner, Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon.
