K Area stores two gas cylinders containing pure oxygen that could be used for emergencies. These cylinders do not meet the 25-foot spacing requirement from energized electrical circuits as stated in Manual 3B Procedure 2.5. These cylinders cannot be stored elsewhere and the location where they are stored is not sufficiently large to locate these cylinders away from energized electrical circuits in the room to meet the 25-foot requirement.
