Purchase the servers and workstations with new hardware that supports current Microsoft operating systems, which are the operating systems supported by the system manufacturer, Hirsch Electronics, to upgrade the Site Wide Card Access System at all the SPR sites. Install the equipment and software at all the SPR sites by the MOC with supervision of the system manufacturer's engineers.
