The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Soitec Solar Industries to develop a concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) module factory with an annual production capacity of 280 megawatt DC at an existing facility in San Diego, California and install three CPV tracker assemblies in Henderson, Nevada.
