The U.S. DOE is proposing to provide federal funding to establish the Bay Area Photovoltaic Consortium (BAPVC). The activities to be completed under their 16 sub-awards may include information gathering, analysis, and dissemination, small-scale indoor research and development projects using nanoscale materials, and small-scale research and development in conventional laboratories.
