In order to process the material in the Alternate Feed Stock 2 (AFS-2) Campaign, the room exhaust flow path of the Confinement Ventilation System (CVS) on the 5th and 6th levels of HB-Line must be upgraded from the functional class criteria of Safety Significant (SS) to the functional class criteria of Safety Class (SC).
