Sandia National Laboratories/New Mexico (SNL/NM) proposes to perform data collection as part of algorithm development and testing. SNL/NM personnel would support the ground operations for data collection for an ultralight aircraft demonstration and other moving target detection (i.e. walking/jogging humans, slow moving vehicles).
