PF 2026-42 Class Deviation to DEAR Part 914 - Sealed Bidding to implement changes to FAR Part 14 - Sealed Bidding

SUMMARY:  This class deviation updates the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) Part 914 - Sealed Bidding to implement the changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 - Sealed Bidding by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) initiative and make other revisions as to the DEAR to implement the deregulatory and plain language requirements of Executive Order 14275 and Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M-25-26.

The DOE class deviation, DEAR Part 914 Deviation Text – Track Changes, DEAR Part 914 Deviation Text – Final, and the class deviation where DOE and NNSA adopted RFO FAR Part 14 (including the FAR Part 14 Model Deviation Text and OMB Memorandum M-25-26, Overhauling the Federal Acquisition Regulation), are attached.
