PF 2026-40 Class Deviation to DEAR Part 913 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures to implement changes to FAR Part 13 - Simplified Procedures for Noncommercial Acquisitions

SUMMARY:  This class deviation updates the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) Part 913 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures to implement the changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Procedures for Noncommercial Acquisitions by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) initiative and make other revisions as to the DEAR to implement the deregulatory and plain language requirements of Executive Order 14275 and Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M-25-26.

The DOE class deviation, DEAR Part 913 Deviation Text – Track Changes, DEAR Part 913 Deviation Text – Final, and the class deviation where DOE and NNSA adopted RFO FAR Part 13 (including the following attachments to that class deviation: FAR Part 13 Model Deviation Text and OMB Memorandum M-25-26, Overhauling the Federal Acquisition Regulation), are attached.
