SUMMARY: This update addresses the most pertinent change resulting from the Office of Management and Budget memorandum M-22-03, Advancing Equity in Federal Procurement. As of October 1, 2021, procurements awarded to certified and self-certified socioeconomic small businesses will automatically receive Tier2-SB Spend Under Management credit. A few other editorial changes have been made.
