More than 700 Tribal Leaders, staff, and partners will be attending the 2024 DOE Tribal Clean Energy Summit on the homelands of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians in Temecula, California. This group will be joining together to build networks, exchange ideas, and explore clean energy solutions that support Tribal energy sovereignty.

Cancellations: Cancellations received by Feb. 21, will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to NCSL Registration (registration@ncsl.org). Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the summit begins.

Reservations: The room block at the discounted group rate is sold out. You can still book a room at the resort at the prevailing online rate. There are also many nearby properties, however, transportation to Pechanga will not be provided.

Please Note: A major credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel offers options for early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee. If you would like to stay extra nights outside of the meeting dates, please book your room online at the group rate then call the hotel directly to add on nights to your reservation.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: If a guest does not cancel their reservation within 72 hours (three days) before the scheduled day of arrival, then the hotel may charge the guest’s credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.

You’re Not Official Without Your Badge

Pick up your badge early and wear it at all times. Skip the lines and stop by registration on Monday, February 26 from 4-7 p.m. in the Summit Ballroom Foyer. Registration is also open on Tuesday and Wednesday beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Travel Logistics and Parking 

Driving Directions

From I-15 Southbound: Take the Temecula Parkway exit. Turn left (east) on Temecula Parkway and travel approximately 1 mile east to Pechanga Parkway and turn right. Travel approximately 1 mile to Pechanga Resort Casino.

From I-15 Northbound: Take the Temecula Parkway exit. Turn right (east) on Temecula Parkway and travel approximately 1 mile east to Pechanga Parkway and turn right. Travel approximately 1 mile to Pechanga Resort Casino.

Parking

Valet: Valet parking is located at the hotel driveway in front of the hotel lobby and costs $10 per day on weekdays (Monday - Thursday) / $20 per day on weekends (Friday - Sunday). 

Self-Parking: Self-Parking is available in the East Parking Structure located at 45410 Pechanga Pkwy, Temecula, CA 92592. Heading South on Pechanga Parkway, turn RIGHT on Pechanga Resort Drive. The entrance to the structure is immediately to the RIGHT.

As you make your travel plans, please note the full schedule of pre-conference events on Monday, Feb. 26. 

  • 1–3 p.m.: Tribal Q&A Session with the Loan Program Office’s Tribal Energy Financing Program - RSVP to attend the session
  • 3–5 p.m.: Tribal Listening Session on West Coast offshore wind electricity transmission - RSVP to attend the session
  • 7–8:30 p.m.: Screening of the Covenant of the Salmon People.
