Xpress Natural Gas LLC | Docket No. 26-91-CNG

The Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Energy Office gives notice of receipt of an Application filed July 23, 2026 by Xpress Natural Gas LLC (XNG) requesting long-term authorization to export compressed natural gas (CNG) by truck to Canada in a volume up to the equivalent of 12.5 billion cubic feet of natural gas per year for a period of 12 years.  XNG requests authorization to export CNG to Canada from its compression station in Baileyville, Maine. XNG requests this authorization on its own behalf and as agent for other parties who hold title to the CNG at the time of export.  No Federal Register Notice will be issued.
