Pure Action Family LLC paid $60,000 after Pure Action failed to properly certify certain showerheads.

DOE ordered Pure Action Family LLC (“Pure Action”) to pay a $60,000 civil penalty after finding Pure Action had failed to certify that certain models of showerheads comply with the applicable water conservation standard.  The Order adopted a Settlement Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Pure Action.
