DOE ordered Low Temp Industries, Inc. to pay a $22,786 civil penalty after Low- Temp had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of the noncompliant Low-Temp basic models. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Low-Temp.
