DOE ordered Waves HK Holdings Limited DBA Las Sola (“Las Sola”) to pay a $20,000 civil penalty after finding Las Sola had failed to certify that certain models of ceiling fans comply with the applicable energy conservation standards. The Order adopted a Settlement Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Las Sola.
