DOE ordered Ice Air, LLC (“Ice Air”) to pay a $28,3000 civil penalty after finding Ice Air had failed to certify that certain models of central air conditioner and central air conditioning heat pumps comply with the applicable energy conservation standards. The Order adopted a Settlement Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Ice Air.
