DOE ordered Foshan Shi Qubu Trading Co., Ltd. (“Foshan”) to pay a $20,000 civil penalty after finding Foshan had failed to certify that certain models of miscellaneous refrigeration products comply with the applicable energy conservation standards. The Order adopted a Settlement Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Foshan.
