Energy Exchange

The Energy Exchange, hosted by the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), is one of the best opportunities for agencies to ensure their workforce understands leadership direction, priorities, goals, and strategies. It's also a unique opportunity to fulfill training mandates in alignment with legislative and administration workforce development objectives.

The event provides a place to network with energy and water professionals leading to development and implementation solutions that can make the federal government a leader in the transition to a clean energy economy.

At Energy Exchange, attendees can:

  • Ensure their workforce understands leadership priorities, goals, and strategies.
  • Meet training requirements aligned with legislative and administrative workforce development objectives.
  • Network with energy and water professionals.
  • Collaborate on solutions that enhance the federal government’s energy and water resilience and security.

Summer Workshops and Courses Aligned with Mission Priorities (CAMP)

In Summer 2025, FEMP hosted hybrid and virtual training events to provide essential workforce development opportunities for federal energy and water managers and the broader energy management community.
