ICP CAB Member, Roger Hernandez

Roger Hernandez is a city council member for Chubbuck, Idaho and a substitute teacher for the Pocatello/Chubbuck School District. He attended both Idaho State University and Boise State University before enlisting in the United States Army National Guard. Roger served 10 years as a reservist and 20 more years as a full-time soldier, serving two tours in Iraq before retiring honorably in 2013. Following retirement from the Army National Guard, he went back to school and earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from American Military University. He is a non-voting member of the Senior Activities Committee and Chair of the Bannock Transportation Planning Board. 

Roger is fluent in Spanish and resides in Chubbuck, Idaho. He was appointed to the board in August 2020.
