  • The Draft Environmental Assessment for the Chromium Project  was posted for public comment on September 30. The public comment period will end November 13
  • Enhanced Control Certification Packages for final nine Individual Permit sites submitted to EPA.  IP Compliance was achieved ahead of schedule
