Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Duward Massey II serves as the Director of the Office of Special Operations for the U.S. Department of Energy, leading law enforcement, executive protection and protective intelligence programs for the Secretary. As a U.S. Marine Corps Officer, he was the recipient of three Combat Action Ribbons, and qualified as a marine diver, parachutist, and Presidential aircrew with “Marine One” (HMX-1). He later served as a senior federal agent with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where he established the agency’s first Law Enforcement program. SAC Massey received the FERC Chairman’s Medal for leadership and distinguished service.
