This report summarizes the results of the HSS DOE-VPP Team’s evaluation of Fluor Hanford Fast Flux Test Facility Recertification during October 2007 and provides the Chief Health, Safety and Security Officer with the necessary information to make the final decision regarding the company’s continued participation in DOE-VPP as a Star site.
