This report provides the results of an inspection of the nuclear safety programs at Building 7920 of the Radiochemical Engineering Development Center at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The inspection was conducted during August and September 2008 by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight's Office of Environment, Safety and Health Evaluations, which is within the Office of Health, Safety and Security.
