On August 26, 2026, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued a Final Notice of Violation to Omni Services, Inc. (WEA-2025-02), for violations of DOE’s 10 C.F.R. Part 851 Worker Safety and Health Program requirements related to an incident of worker overexposure to toluene at the Depleted Uranium Hexafluoride Conversion Facility.
