On November 2, 2018, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (NEL-2018-02) to Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC, for a process tank level anomaly resulting in an HB Line tank having a higher plutonium gram content than anticipated at the Savannah River Site.
