The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to issue a loan guarantee to Constellation Energy Generation (CEG) to restart power operations at the Christopher M. Crane Clean Energy Center (CCEC), formerly known as Three Mile Island, Unit 1, an 871-MW electric nuclear fueled power station in Londonderry Township, Pennsylvania (DOE/EIS-0574).
