Virtual Private Network
As of May 1, 2014, only Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) provisioned by EITS will be allowed to connect via EITS Virtual Private Networking (VPN) service. The required software to connect to VPN is pre-installed on the device.
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Citrix Workplace
To access VDI and Workplace: https://mydesktop.doe.gov. Download and install the free Citrix Receiver app for your computer, smartphone or tablet. Access to VDI is limited. If you are unable to gain access, use an alternate remote access option and report your incident to the EITS Service Desk.
