Secretary of Energy Rick Perry Will Lead United States Delegation to Ukraine

Delegation will meet with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko as well as other Ukrainian officials.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On August 29, 2017, Secretary of Energy Rick Perry will lead a U.S. delegation to Kyiv, Ukraine. The Delegation will meet with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko as well as other Ukrainian officials to discuss how both countries can continue to boost their economies through a strong energy partnership. 

"It is an honor to lead this delegation from the United States to the great country of Ukraine,” said Secretary Perry. “I look forward to strengthening our relationship with such an important ally and furthering our work to ensure energy stability and security in the region.”
