Small Business Administration Company Registration Guide

Registration in the Small Business Administration (SBA) Company Registry is required to participate in SBIR and STTR federal funding programs. Although the SBA registration will likely only take you a few minutes to complete, you will need your business’s UEI to complete the process. You will need to begin your System for Award Management (SAM) registration prior to SBA registration as your businesses, UEI is generated as the initial part of the SAM registration. 

Once you have entered the required information, detailed below, you will receive an email with login credentials and a password. Be sure to check the email that you provided in your registration information for the account credentials.
