All SEPA acquisitions comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations [acquisition.gov]. FAR require announcement of acquisition opportunities, all acquisitions that exceed $25,000 will be published electronically to SAM.GOV by Southeastern Power Administration.

SEPA supports the U.S. Department of Energy’s socioeconomic objectives by striving to award a fair portion of our total contracts to qualified small businesses, local businesses, businesses owned by socially or economically disadvantaged individuals and woman- and veteran-owned small firms.
