Mr. Robert Edwards was appointed Manager of the Department of Energy’s Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) on July 24, 2016. He joined PPPO as Deputy Manager on December 30, 2012. Located in Lexington, Kentucky, PPPO is charged with the environmental remediation, deactivation, and decontamination and decommissioning of the former gaseous diffusion plants near Paducah, KY and Portsmouth, OH.
Mr. Joel B. Bradburne was appointed Deputy Manager of the Department of Energy's Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office on November 12, 2017. He initially joined PPPO in June 2009 as Site Lead for the Portsmouth Site, and served in that capacity until his promotion to PPPO Deputy Manager. Mr. Bradburne’s 30 years of experience include shipyard, commercial nuclear, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and foreign nuclear site decommissioning in various program- and project-management assignments. Mr.
Jennifer Woodard began her current assignment as the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Paducah Site Lead on June 15, 2014. Ms. Woodard has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and program/project management with DOE. As a federal official at the Paducah Site for the past eight years, Ms. Woodard has served in multiple capacities, including Federal Facility Agreement Manager (FFA), Alternate Deputy Designated Federal Official to the Citizens' Advisory Board, Project Manager, and Contracting Officer's Representative.
