Emma Quigg is the Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science. In this role, she oversees strategic coordination across the Office of Science and supports the execution of its highest-priority scientific, policy, and operational initiatives.
Emma previously served as Special Advisor to the Under Secretary for Science and as the Action Officer for the DOE AI Task Force, which launched the Genesis Mission.
Prior to joining DOE, she was a Policy Associate at ClearPath, where she developed the organization’s strategic vertical on chemicals and refining and led research and policy development for Integrated Energy Systems. Emma received a degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University.
