PSH-24-009: Access Authorization Denied; Guideline J
On January 30, 2024, an Administrative Judge (AJ) determined that an Individual's access authorization under 10 C.F.R. Part 710 should not be granted.
The Individual has an extensive history of at least 32 instances of criminal activity beginning in May 1979 and continuing through November 22, 2021, when he was arrested for Battery on a Household Member.
The AJ found that the Individual had not provided sufficient evidence to mitigate his extensive history of criminal activity.
The AJ therefore concluded that the Individual's access authorization should be granted. (OHA Case No. PSH-24-0009, Fine)
